This Privacy Policy describes how SIA Valabijs (Reg. No. 40203667525), a company registered in Latvia ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the 4x4 HIIT mobile application (the "App").

- Age: Used to calculate target heart rate zones (stored locally on your device)
- Workout preferences: Your saved workout settings and preferences
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Workout history: Records of your completed workouts (stored locally on your device)
- App usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the App
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, app version
1.3 Health Data (Optional)
If you choose to enable Apple Health integration:
- Heart rate data: Read from Apple Health to display during workouts
- Workout data: Written to Apple Health to record your completed workouts
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Calculate appropriate heart rate zones for your workouts
- Track your workout history and progress
- Improve the App's functionality and user experience
- Provide customer support when requested
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of the App
3. Data Storage
3.1 Local Storage
All personal and health-related data is stored locally on your device. This includes:
- Your age and profile information
- Workout history
- App preferences and settings
3.2 Cloud Backup
If you use iCloud Backup, your locally stored App data may be backed up to your personal iCloud account. This is controlled by your iOS settings, not by us.
3.3 No Server Storage
We do not store your personal data, workout history, or health information on our servers.
4. Data Sharing
4.1 What We Don't Share
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4.2 Limited Sharing
We may share anonymized, aggregated usage data with:
- Analytics providers: To understand how the App is used and improve functionality
- Crash reporting services: To identify and fix bugs
This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
5. Apple Health Integration
5.1 Your Control
Access to Apple Health data requires your explicit permission. You can:
- Enable or disable Health access at any time through iOS Settings
- Choose which specific data types to share
- Revoke access completely
5.2 How We Use Health Data
- Read heart rate: To display your current heart rate during workouts
- Write workouts: To record your completed HIIT sessions in Apple Health
5.3 Health Data Privacy
- Health data never leaves your device
- We cannot access your Health data without your permission
- Health data is subject to Apple's Health app privacy policies
6. Data Retention
- Active use: Data is retained as long as you have the App installed
- Deletion: You can delete all App data by deleting the App from your device
- Account deletion: Since we don't maintain accounts or server-side storage, deleting the App removes all your data
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Object to processing

- No transmission of personal or health data to external servers
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Since your data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers unless you choose to use iCloud Backup (controlled by Apple's terms and privacy policy).
11. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Apple Health: Subject to Apple's privacy policy
- Analytics services: For anonymized usage statistics only
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
